We understand that plans can change unexpectedly — for special circumstances, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

For stays between March and September, cancellations made more than 7 days prior to check-in are free of charge. Cancellations within 7 days incur a 30% fee, and within 3 days incur a 50% fee.

For peak season stays (October to February), cancellations made within 14 days of check-in incur a 30% fee. Cancellations within 7 days incur a 50% fee, and within 3 days of check-in are non-refundable.

Our check in time is between 2pm and 6pm. Our check-out time is 10am. If you are needing a later or earlier check-in/out time, please contact us ahead of your arrival so our team can do there best to accomodate you.

When you arrive onsite, come through the entrance and pick up keys from reception. This includes all bookings through 3rd party companies eg. Airbnb, Booking.com etc.

Yes, you're more than welcome to book more than one apartment. For the easiest experience, we recommend contacting our team directly by phone — we're here to help plan your perfect Taupō getaway, right down to every last detail.

We love pets, but unfortunately no for the health and comfort of all guest, we have a strict no pet policy. If you have a support pet then please contact us and we'll love to accomodate you.

Yes, all apartments have free allocated parking for 2 cars. Our vehicle restriction height it 2.1m. Please contact us if you have a larger vehicle and we'll do our best to accomodate you.

Yes, we have a thermal heated 21m gradient pool, the deeper end is 1.5m. Temperature ranges from 34 degrees in winter and 24 degrees in summer. 

Sacred Waters is available for corporate stays, gatherings, and special occasions — within our booking criteria.

Please note, we don't host bachelorette or bachelor parties, but we welcome all wedding-related stays and gatherings.

All Sacred Waters gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified on the voucher. We recommend booking well in advance of your expiry date to secure your preferred dates.
